Woodstock Police, Fire and Oxford EMS attended the scene of a two vehicle collision Thursday afternoon that sent one man to hospital. Police say around 5:40 pm, a car eastbound on Oxford Road 17 was stopped at the intersection of Oxford Road 4. The car made a left hand turn to head north on Oxford Road 4 and collided with a southbound Harley Davidson. The 50 year-old male operator of the bike was rushed to Woodstock Hospital before being transported to the London Health Sciences Centre. Police say he was suffered a serious leg injury. His injuries are not considered life threatening. The driver of the car, a 39 year-old male from Woodstock was charged.
