Police arrested the man for impaired driving, and say he spat in an officer's face while he was at headquarters.
WOODSTOCK - A 25-year-old has found himself in hot water with Woodstock Police.
The Woodstonian was pulled over for driving erratically on Rathbourne Ave at around 4:30 p.m. yesterday.
Police say he had over two times the legal limit of alcohol in his system and he also had open alcohol in the vehicle. He also had cannabis readily available.
On top of all of this, police say the man spat in an officer's face while he was at Woodstock Police headquarters.
He's now facing a list of charges including assaulting a peace officer and operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
