OPP are investigating the death of a 63 year old man found without vital signs after he competed in a mud run event over the weekend.
BRANT COUNTY - A 63 year old Kitchener man died over the weekend after participating in the the War Horse Charity Mud Run event in Paris.
Paramedics were called when the man was found in medical distress without any vital signs after participating in the endurance event on Saturday.
Unsuccessful attempts were made to revive the man, he was transported to Brantford Hospital and pronounced deceased.
The man's identity has not been released. A post-mortem exam is scheduled for later in the week to determine the exact cause of his death.
