The City of Woodstock will be holding a special meeting about the proposed Consumption and Treatment Services site on September 26th. All delegation request forms must be submitted by September 22nd.
WOODSTOCK - A special meeting is about to take place in the Friendly City.
Woodstock City Council will be hosting a meeting on Tuesday, September 26th to discuss the Consumption and Treatment Services site that has been proposed by Southwestern Public Health.
The meeting will allow stakeholders the opportunity to voice their opinions as to whether or not they would want the site in the city.
If you would like to be in front of council on the day of the meeting, you will have to fill out the delegation request form and have it submitted by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 22nd.
The public may also submit feedback in writing by email to clerksinfo@cityofwoodstock.ca or by mail to PO Box 1539, Woodstock, ON N4S 0A7.
All feedback received will be circulated to Council as part of the publicly available meeting agenda. Any personal or identifying information received will be redacted and not shared publicly.
