An investigation is underway after a collision in Norwich Township between a passenger vehicle and a horse-drawn carriage.
NORWICH TOWNSHIP - The Oxford OPP is investigating a collision in Norwich Township.
Two people are in hospital after a collision between a passenger vehicle and a horse-drawn carriage collided. The occupants of the carriage were taken to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries, while the driver of the passenger vehicle was not injured. The horse sadly died at the scene.
The public should contact them or Crime Stoppers with any information that could help in the investigation.
