The free event will provide a sneak peek of the upcoming Theatre Woodstock season.
WOODSTOCK - Theatre Woodstock is getting ready for the launch of their next season of shows with a special "Rollout" event.
The event is set to be held on Tuesday, March 19 at 7:30 p.m. at Market Centre in downtown Woodstock.
It will not only reveal the productions set to hit the stage in the 2024/2025 season but will also include a few words from each of the production directors as well as performances from some of the 2023/2024 shows.
Artistic Director, Shannon Wijnker, says the shows held by the theatre each year give a huge boost to all parts of Woodstock.
“Community theatre not only benefits the community who come to see the production, but it enriches our lives as performers. After a full day of work, this community of people comes together to create theatre magic. And now is your chance to be a part of it!”
The evening will offer an opportunity for attendees to purchase their 2024/2025 season subscriptions, as well as a short reception afterward in the lower level where community members are invited to socialize and meet with each of the production’s teams, volunteers, and board members in attendance
"This is a free event that will feature performances from our past season, including the resoundingly successful Cinderella, which enjoyed a two-week sold-out run.”
Additionally, those in attendance will have the chance to win a pair of tickets for a show of their choice in the 24/25 season.
