Police are questioning a 19 year old man in connection with the arson of a commercial fishing vessel in Port Stanley.
ELGIN COUNTY - Police have arrested a 19 year old man in connection with an arson in Port Stanley.
The fire happened Saturday around 11:45 p.m., involving a commercial fishing vessel fire in the harbour.
Central Elgin Fire attended the scene to extinguish the blaze of the vessel which was fully engulfed.
No one was injured, however the damage is estimated at approximately $750 000.
The Ontario Fire Marshalls Office is assisting in the investigation and police are asking anyone with information regarding the fire to contact them.
The 19 year old man in question, remains in police custody.
