The Liberals and NDP defeated a Conservative motion today, calling on the Federal Government to come up with a plan to remove all mandates.
Interim Conservative Leader Candice Bergen says the Prime Minister has failed Canadians.
"He has failed to show leadership and instead of showing leadership, he has chosen to divide, to stigmatize and wedge Canadians. This is the mess he has created."

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be speaking with the media at 4:30 pm where it is expected he will announce that the Federal Government is invoking the Emergencies Act.
