It's a girl! Katelyn Beth Stoltzfus was born at 1:29 am Tuesday to be Oxford County's first baby of 2013. Katelyn, who arrived a couple of weeks early, weighed in at a healthy eight pounds even. Proud parents, John and Rhoda Stoltzfus from the Aylmer-area welcomed their seventh child into the world yesterday. Katelyn has three brothers and three sisters who are eagerly waiting for their newest sibling to come home. For being the first baby of 2013, Katelyn and her parents received several baskets from the Woodstock Hospital as well as Welcome Wagon
