The Town of Tillsonburg is offering tax relief to residents and businesses, also the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital is looking for donations of pump bottles for hand sanitizer.
TILLSONBURG - The Town of Tillsonburg is looking to help residents and business owners struggling financially during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Last week, Council gave taxpayers the option to delay paying their May 21 interim tax installment, without interest or penalty, to July 31, 2020.
Water and wastewater invoices generated after March 31, 2020 can also be deferred until June 30, 2020. You can apply now online here.
Completed applications can be emailed to csr@tillsonburg.ca, dropped off at the Tillsonburg Customer Service Centre or faxed to 519.688.0759.

The Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital is in need of pump bottles between 400 ml to 1 litre size (either gel or foam pumps) for hand sanitizer.
They can be dropped off to screeners at the emergency entrance or in the bin located at the hospital's main entrance. New bottles are preferred, but used in good condition will also be accepted.
