Registration is now open for the 22nd annual Dairy Capital Run at Southside Park.
WOODSTOCK - Lace up your running shoes for the 22nd annual Dairy Capital Run.
Senior Development Manager at Woodstock General Hospital, Jocelyn Jenner says it will be a fun day in Southside Park on Sunday May 27th.
"The same routes as last year. 10K, 5K, 2K and a run for the Lil' Hoofers Run for ages 2 to 6."
Time schedule and registration fees are as follows;
10K Race - 8:00am - $40.00
5K Walk/Run - 8:10am - $35.00
2K Family Fun Walk Race - 9:30am - $25.00
Lil' Hoofers Run - 10:30am - $15.00
The registration fees will increase as of May 1 and again one week before the run. If you sign up before May 1 you will also receive a free Dairy Capital Run T-shirt. All participants will receive a finisher's medal as well.
Jenner says all of the money raised will go towards a great cause.
"This year we are raising money to support cardiac monitors for our emergency department, a very important piece of equipment that we need."
