OXFORD COUNTY - Time is running out for aspiring young photographers to enter the Oxford County Library's Teen Photography Contest.
Youth between the ages of 12 and 18 have until Friday August 16th to submit a picture that goes with one of the four categories: Poetry, Summer Nights, Local Eats, and To the Stars.
You can only submit one picture per category and selfies are not allowed. All of the pictures also have to be taken between June 24th and August 16th to be considered.
Members of the public will be able to vote for their favourite photos online and seven different winners will be selected. There will be a grand prize, winners from each of the four categories, a photographer's choice award, and a staff favourite award. Cash prizes, gift cards, and gift baskets will be awarded to the winners.
