Officials say a large brown and white bulldog bit someone on Dundas Street early Wednesday morning.
WOODSTOCK - Southwestern Public Health would like to speak with the owner of a large brown and white bulldog that bit someone in Woodstock.
It happened at 362 Dundas Street, close to Vansittart Ave, at around 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
The owner is described as a woman with grey hair and she was wearing a long jacket and using a cane at the time.
The dog wasn't on a leash and the owner saw it walk up to the female victim. It bit her leg and it's believed the owner might not have seen it happen.
Officials want to make sure the dog is up to date on its rabies vaccine, so anyone with information should call Southwestern Public Health at 1-800-922-0096 and ask to speak to a public health inspector.
