According to SWPH, someone was bit by a young, short, white, and tan dog on Wilson Street in St. Thomas Monday night.
ST. THOMAS - Southwestern Public Health is looking to track down the owner of a young, short, white, and tan dog after a biting incident in St. Thomas
Officials say this dog, believed to be a Bulldog mix, bit someone on Wilson Street at around 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 8th. The dog's owner is described to be a young man in his late teens or early 20s with dark hair.
The health unit would like to know the dog's vaccination status, so the victim's doctor can properly treat them.
Anyone with information should call SWPH at 1-800-922-0096 and ask to speak with a public health inspector.
