It's believed that a large, mostly black dog bit someone on Finkle Street Sunday evening, somewhere between Pember's Pass and Juliana Drive.
WOODSTOCK - Southwestern Public Health is currently investigating a dog biting incident in Woodstock.
It happened on Finkle Street on Sunday, somewhere between Pember's Pass and Juliana Drive. It's believed that a large dog, mostly black in colour, bit someone sometime between 5:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. that day.
Officials the owner was walking the dog on a leash at the time and he was wearing all black.
Health officials would like to make sure the dog is up to date on its rabies vaccines. Anyone with information should call Southwestern Public Health at 1-800-922-0096 and ask to speak with the Environmental Health Team.
