According to Oxford OPP, they spotted a black Smart Car heading south on Dereham Line in South-West Oxford Township more than doubling the speed limit Wednesday.
As a result, 47 year old Christopher Brown of Putnam had his licence and vehicle taken away for 7 days and is facing a racing charge.
