There is an unwritten rule for anyone driving around with almost 100 pounds of illegal cannabis, drive the speed limit.
OXFORD COUNTY - A routine traffic stop, was anything but for Oxford County OPP.
Police pulled over a vehicle doing almost twice the posted speed limit on Plank Line in Mount Elgin. Officers were ready to hand out a ticket when they noticed almost 100 pounds of marijauna in the vehicle.
This was not legal weed and the pot was seized and the driver was arrested.
