An investigation by the Woodstock Police Drug Unit in the downtown core has led to the arrest of a London man. According to police, 29 year-old Stephen Laurie was in possession of $12,500 of oxycodone and cocaine, 28-hundred dollars in cash and a set of brass knuckles at the time of his arrest. He now faces multiple drug related charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance possession of property obtained by crime and possession of a prohibited weapon. Laurie was released and will answer to the charges in court July 19th.
