Police have charged a 26 year old man from Drumbo after a hit and run on Saturday that has left a 66 year old man in the hospital with life threatening injuries.
WOODSTOCK - A 66 year old man remains in the hospital with life threatening injuries after a hit and run in Woodstock on Saturday night.
Police say the man was struck by a black Hyundai who was doing a gas and dash at a station in the area of Highway 2 leaving Woodstock. Police released photos of the suspect and the SUV over the weekend.
Today they charged 26 year old Brandon Harmer of Drumbo with fail to stop at accident resulting in bodily harm, criminal negligence causing bodily harm and theft under $5,000.
A 22 year old female who was in the SUV with Harmer at the time was also arrested and charged with theft under $5,000.
