An 81-year-old died Saturday night after two vehicles collided in the eastbound lanes close to Mill Street.
WOODSTOCK - A Woodstonian has died after a crash on the Highway 401.
Emergency crews were called out to the eastbound lanes close to Mill Street shortly before midnight Saturday night.
Police say the crash involved a passenger vehicle and a commercial vehicle and it took the life of a 81-year-old. The victim was in the passenger vehicle at the time and the driver of the commercial vehicle was not hurt.
The crash closed two lanes of the highway for the investigation, but the area has since reopened.
