The court has heard all of the evidence in the first degree murder trial of John Robinson. The last two witnesses took the stand Wednesday morning. Both gave their testimony of an incident involving Clifford Fair back in January of 2008. Officer Michael Rusnak with the Woodstock Police took the stand first. He said he was called to the RBC Bank on the corner of Dundas and Finkle to deal with a man causing a disturbance with a Brink's truck. This man was Clifford Fair who Rusnak says was intoxicated. Rusnak told the court that Fair was not armed and at one point said "I'm just playing." The second witness was the Brink's employee Bonnie Johnston who was inside the truck. She said the man was pulling on the truck doors a made a gun gesture with his hands. This is when she contacted her other crew members to call 9-1-1. Fair received multiple charges that day. The jury is out for the rest of the week. They will be back Tuesday and will be charged Wednesday.
