Over 50 firefighters fought the blaze on Highway 3 Monday morning.
TILLSONBURG - No one was hurt after a fire at Legend Rubber in Tillsonburg.
The call came in at about 4:30 a.m. yesterday and more than 50 firefighters battled the blaze on Highway 3. They were not only from Tillsonburg but also Courtland, Malahide, Aylmer, Port Burwell, Straffordville, Springfield, and Elgin County.
A statement on the Legend Fleet Solutions Facebook page says the fire was contained to one storage building and there was also minimal damage to two other buildings on site.
It adds that clean-up efforts are underway with hopes of resuming production later this week.
