Residents are being rescued from the third, fourth and fifth floors of a burning apartment building on Lisgar Ave in Tillsonburg. No serious injuries have been reported at this time.
UPDATE: OPP Constable Patti Cote says all residents have been safely relocated to a warming centre. She says fire crews remain on scene at this time and members of the public should stay away from Lisgar Ave.
The Town of Tillsonburg has also had to cancel several scheduled activities at the arena today to help facilitate the warming centre.

TILLSONBURG - Emergency crews are currently responding to a fully engulfed apartment fire on Lisgar Ave in Tillsonburg.
The call came in at around 7:00 a.m. today and volunteer firefighters have been rescuing residents from the third, fourth and fifth floors of the building. OPP Constable Ed Sanchuck says they're being taken to a warming centre and no serious injuries have been reported at this time
Members of the public should stay away from the area. Sanchuk would also like to remind drivers out there to move over for fire trucks and volunteer firefighters heading to the scene.
