Oxford OPP have already responded to 30 collisions or vehicles going into the ditch this morning, including one crash that has left a person with life threatening in juries in Zorra Township.
OXFORD COUNTY - It has been an extremely busy morning for the Oxford OPP who have responded to 30 collisions this morning.
The most serious crash involved two vehicles, a car and a truck that collided this morning in Zorra Township at Road 68 at 29th Line. The road is closed between 27th Line and 31st Line. One person was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
Meanwhile the Oxford OPP has responded to approximately 30 vehicle related calls, either sliding off the roadway or collisions with other motor vehicles. No other injuries are being reported and keep in mind that this number is just for Oxford County. West Region OPP have been busy responding to calls all morning and the number of people going into the ditch is much higher than just 30.
The OPP advising motorists to reduce speeds, drive according to the weather conditions and stay alert.
