Environment Canada says we could see 2 to 5 milimetres of ice accretion today, along with wind gusts up to 70 kilometres per hour.
OXFORD/BRANT - We're about to get another blast of winter in Oxford and Brant.
Environment Canada says we're in for freezing rain today which could result in about 2 to 5 milimetres of ice accretion.
It should start out as a mix of snow and ice pellets before it turns into freezing rain later this afternoon. It will eventually turn into regular rain at around midnight as the temperature starts to rise above zero. The roads could become quite slippery out there, so make sure you drive accordingly.
On top of all of this, Environment Canada is also predicting wind gusts up to 70 kilometres per hour.
A freezing rain warning is in effect.
