Another blast of winter is on the way tomorrow as Environment Canada is calling for freezing rain.
OXFORD COUNTY - Environment Canada has issued a freezing rain warning for Oxford County and the surrounding region.
Frezing rain is expected to start overnight and continue into Friday. In areas of higher terrain, freezing rain may continue into the early afternoon.
Environment Canada says we could see 2-4 millimeters of ice fall from the sky during the storm. Ice build-up is likely on elevated surfaces. Untreated surfaces such as roads, particularly bridges and overpasses, and walkways may also become icy.
Motorists are being reminded to slow down and drive to the conditions as it could be a pretty slippery commute to work tomorrow.
