Fusion Youth & Technology Centre is launching their Radio Broadcasting Program. The Program begins its debut tonight assisted by Heart-FM's Program Director Dan Henry. Matt Power is Fusion's Technology Director and says there are number of opportunities within the new program designed specifically for youth "We've got a facility set up here just like a real radio station, so we've got all the same equipment and the same computer programs that they use in a professional radio station. Youth can learn how to operate the equipment, they can learn how to speak on the radio and they can be their own DJ and play their favourite music and play their own radio show". 14 year old Ethan Godin says he's eager to get started "I've always wanted to be a good DJ and learn the music industry and what a better place to start than a virtual radio station and since Fusion opened it, I skipped a beat and jumped right on it". The program will run on both Monday's and Tuesdays from 7pm - 9pm and will also be assisted by Heart-FM's News Director Adam Nyp on Monday nights.
