Health Canada and the U-S Consumer Product Safety Commission say Graco Classic wooden high chairs pose a fall hazard to children. They say there have been 58 reports of the seats loosening or detaching. The company is voluntarily recalling the chairs on both sides of the border, including over 3400 units in Canada. Graco received one report of a concussion in Canada. Consumers are being urged to stop using the chairs immediately and contact Graco 1-800-667-8184 for a free repair kit.
