A rural property owner in Norwich Township is facing charges after police pulled the plug on a marijuana grow op. 65-year-old John Devries is facing charges, after several OPP units (Oxford, Elgin & London) raided a home on Evergreen St., south of Holbrook Sunday morning. Inside a home, police found 317 marijuana plants, with a street value of over $50,000. Devries is charged with charged with production of a controlled substance, and possession for the purpose of trafficking. He's out of custody, with a next court date on June 10th.
