Oxford County has hired a Toronto-area firm to help search for a new Chief Administrative Officer. Organization Consulting Limited has been hired on to conduct the executive search. There's a 5-step process that will take place including: developing a candidate profile, posting the position, screening applicants, conducting interviews and then leaving the final decision with the Selection Committee made up of County Council members. The County is looking for a replacement to retiring CAO Michael Bragg, who has served the County for 45-years.
