Police say two people were beating up a third person while the car was parked on the 401 in SWOX last night.
UPDATE: Police have arrested the second suspect in this case.
On Thursday a 26 year old from the Oneida Nation of the Thames River was arrested and charged with assault.
OXFORD COUNTY - One person has been charged after a melee on the 401 in South-West Oxford.
Police say two people were beating up a third person while the car was parked on Tuesday night around 9:50 pm. A witness intervened and two suspects took off, leaving the victim behind. The person suffered minor injuries that were treated at the hospital.
A 27 year old from London was located this morning and charged with assault and fail to comply.
Police are still searching for the second suspect, who is described as an Indigenous man, about 160 lbs, 5'5" and 26 years of age. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeved shirt with white lettering on the sleeves, black jeans with red and white shoes.
Police say you should not approach this man and call 911 instead.
