OXFORD COUNTY - The Oxford County Liberal Party has selected its candidate for the upcoming federal byelection.
Well known realtor David Hilderley will represent the party when Oxford County voters head to the polls on Monday June 19th.
In a post on his Twitter page, Hilderley stated that it's a privilege to be nominated and he congratulated Elizabeth Quinto on a great campaign.
Hilderley has worked in the local real estate market for 17 years and also worked as an educator for 34 years.
He finished in second place in Woodstock's mayoral race last year and he also represented the local Liberal Party during the provincial election back in 2011.
Thank you, Oxford.
