OPP in Norfolk have made a huge bust in a double doctoring investigation. 16 people are being charged with illegally filling out prescriptions for painkillers. Police say some of the accused were using the Ontario Drug Benefit Plan which the province is responsible for paying a majority of their prescription medication claims. Oxycontin and other drugs were obtained and were diverted in the community. The 16 people face a total of 236 charges.
