TILLSONBURG - Charges have been laid after OPP officers spotted a possibly impaired driver while on patrol in Tillsonburg.
This was around 3:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. After investigating the matter, the officers charged the 19-year-old driver with operation while impaired and operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
They will appear in a Woodstock court room next month.
