Police charged the driver on Upper Thames Drive Tuesday night.
WOODSTOCK - A 50-year-old man is facing five charges after being stopped by Woodstock Police.
Officers were dispatched to Upper Thames Drive on Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. to reports of a vehicle driving erratically. The vehicle was found and a traffic stop was conducted.
As a result, a Woodstock man was charged with operation while impaired, operation while impaired, blood alcohol concentration over 80, flight from peace officer, dangerous operation, driving a motor vehicle with open container of liquor.
He was released from custody and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on a future date.
