The fish fry will takeover the Ingersoll and District Memorial Arena on Thursday August 10th. Tickets cost $40 each or $20 for kids under 13.
INGERSOLL - A fish fry is making its way to Ingersoll.
On Thursday, August 10th, the Kiwanis Club of Ingersoll and Ingersoll Fire Services are putting on the event located at the Ingersoll and District Memorial Arena.
Incoming President of Kiwanis, Kim Overton says there will be lots for residents to enjoy.
"The event will be a pickerel fish fry, with french fries, coleslaw, buns, and dessert. We will have a bar, we are having a silent auction, as well as a live auction."
Overton adds, that the cause for the event is to give back to the community.
"Proceeds from this event will help the Safety Village, and also will be going to many of the youth programs that Kiwanis supports."
Tickets are $40 for adults, while it will be $20 for kids under 13. They can be purchased from any member of the Kiwanis or from the Ingersoll firefighters. There will be a limited number of tickets available at the door on the day of the event.
