Ingersoll man accused of tossing feces at the front glass windows of the local Town Hall building.
INGERSOLL - A 58 year old man from Ingersoll with an apparent distaste for local government has been charged with mischief.
Police say the man has been arrested after he was allegedly caught throwing a bag of feces at the front glass doors of the Town of Ingersoll municipal building.
Police arrested the man today and after a brief struggle he was arrested.
Scott Durston has been charged with mischief Under $5,000 and assault with intent to resist arrest.
