A 47-year-old Ingersoll man is facing charges after a traffic dispute on the 401 turned violent. It happened back on Tuesday, June 18th, at the Onroute service centre in Tillbury. Police say the Ingersoll man, and a 39-year-old Kingsville man confronted a man from Brampton, over a traffic dispute. The Brampton man was allegedly assaulted. Aside from the assault, 47-year-old David Dykxhoorn of Ingersoll and 39-year-old Elias Elachkar of Kingsville each face a charge of Public Incitement of Hatred. That charge is laid when someone directly incites others to commit violence against groups, whether it be ethnic, religious, or another affiliation.
