The Innerkip Santa Claus Parade will takeover Blandford Street tomorrow at 6:00 p.m.
INNERKIP - Santa Claus is coming to Innerkip!
This Saturday will be the annual Innerkip Santa Claus Parade and everyone is encouraged to head to Blandford Street at 6:00 p.m.
The parade is expected to be wrapped up within the hour. Scott McKague is a member of the planning committee, and he says the parade route starts at the Corner Farm Market and ends at the Innerkip Presbyterian Church just outside of town.
"After the parade, at the church, Santa Claus will be there to greet kids, there will be some snacks inside and they're expecting a large turnout there too."
Saint Nick will arrive at the church on the last float, led by roughly 30 other floats and a couple groups of horses. If you'd like to be in the parade, registration is not necessary, you just have to show up at the Corner Farm Market on time.
The Innerkip Fire Department will also be collecting toys and food for Operation Sharing.
