Three Woodstock residents are facing charges. Multiple Units of the Woodstock Police Service executed warrants this past Friday. As a result, drugs, cash and weapons were seized.
WOODSTOCK - An ongoing drug trafficking investigation has led to more charges.
The Woodstock Police Service Criminal Intellagence and Drug Enforcement Unit executed two warrants on Friday, September 1st, with the help of the Emergency Response Unit, and the Community Response Unit.
As a result, police seized a taser, crossbow, an imitation firearm, cocaine, and Canadian currency.
A 47-year-old, 29-year-old, and 51-year-old all of Woodstock have been charged with, possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking - cocaine, possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The 51-year-old is also facing a charge of possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order.
All three people will attend court in October.
