CUPE members set to take job action on Monday, include custodial, maintenance, school based and central clerical, educational assistants, early childhood educators and information technology.
It appears that several school board employee's will taking job action starting on Monday.
The Canadian Union of Public Employees confirmed today that job action will start on Monday, September 30th across the Province. CUPE members set to take a work to rule job action include custodial, maintenance, school based and central clerical, educational assistants, early childhood educators and information technology.
The Thames Valley District School Board released the following statement on their web site:
Thames Valley staff are reviewing the job action directive from CUPE provincial to members to determine the impact these will have on school and work site operations, and to learning and working. TVDSB schools remain open to staff and students during this phase of job action.
