The Oxford OPP arrested and charged a Kitchener man with several offences on Saturday after officers responded to a suspicious person report on 43rd Line.
ZORRA TOWNSHIP - A 30-year-old Kitchener man is facing a list of charges after the OPP responded to a suspicious person call in Zorra Township.
Officers found a vehicle that was stuck in the mud on a property on 43rd Line at around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday.
After further investigation, they charged the man with break and enter, trespassing at night, possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order, possession of break in instruments, possession of counterfeit instruments, possession of a schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking and two counts of failure to comply with a probation order.
