The Town of Tillsonburg has put all of the COVID-19 Prevention measures in place at the outdoor pool at Lake Lisgar Water Park.
TILLSONBURG - Families have been waiting patiently for this day. All age swims are now available at Lake Lisgar.
The outdoor pool at Tillsonburg’s Lake Lisgar Water Park is now open for one-hour all-age swims. The Town of Tillsonburg has put all of the COVID-19 Prevention measures in place and are ready to serve the public.
Between each one hour swim, there will be cleaning that takes place in an empty pool. Swim time reservations open on Wednesdays for the upcoming week and must be booked in advance online.
You may be turned away without a booking if they are at capacity. In order to practice physical distancing, swimmers must keep a two metre (six feet) distance from anyone not in their party.
- All-age swims capacity is 75 and is available daily from 12-1 p.m., 1:30-2:30, 3-4, and 4:30-5:30.
- Adult swims capacity is 50 and are available daily from 9-10 a.m.
- Aquafit sessions capacity is 20 and are Monday-Friday, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
- Preschool playtime capacity is 30, happening Saturdays and Sundays, 10:30-11:30 a.m. for children ages 5-and-under and their caregivers.
The change rooms will not be in service so you should arrive at the park, ready to swim.
The slide and snack bar are currently not operating.
You will be asked to wash your hands before going in the the pool and when you leave.
