Over 300 tickets have been sold for this year's Big Night Out Charity Ball. Ticket sales end this Sunday.
WOODSTOCK - Time is running out if you're thinking about going to this year's Big Night Out Charity Ball.
It's happening on Saturday October 21st at the Oxford Auditorium. Fund Development Manager Nicole Killaire says it's a 19-plus event, and it's the largest annual fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County.
"The doors open to the event at 6:00 p.m., dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m. followed by a fun evening of dance, drinks, a silent auction, raffles, and lots of fun to be had!"
The silent auction table will include a variety of gift baskets and gift cards, as well as some small appliances and electronics. Killaire would also like to thank Select Heating and Cooling for donating a furnace complete with installation to the auction table.
The night will also include a 50/50 draw and there will be a special raffle where the lucky winner will walk away with two tickets to anywhere WestJet flies. On top of all of this, Killaire says they're bringing back the Halloween theme this year. Prizes will be awarded for the best individual and group costumes.
Killaire says ticket sales end on Sunday October 15th.
"So we have sold over 300 tickets, but we do still have some available if people want to grab some last minute and join us on October 21st."
Tickets can be purchased online here or by visiting one of the Big Brothers Big Sisters offices in Woodstock or Ingersoll.
