A local OPP officer is facing charges in connection with an alleged assault on a woman. Constable Timothy Healey of Tillsonburg faces 9 total charges including assault, mischief, and firearms offences. The incidents allegedly happened back in March. In April 2011, Healey pleaded guilty to discreditable conduct at a police hearing for accessing the police databank for personal reasons. He'll be back in court on June 26th.
