The local real estate market is heating up with the spring weather. April numbers on the local real estate market are in, showing a 36% increase from April 2012. 121 homes sold in the Woodstock-Ingersoll market last month, with an average sale price of $238,187. Strong year-to-date numbers (up 12% from 2012) has led to a low inventory of homes for sale on the market. There were 555 active listings on MLS at the end of April, the lowest level in 6-years.
