Charges have been laid after OPP officers responded to a vehicle sitting in the middle of an intersection in Tillsonburg.
TILLSONBURG - A 43-year-old man was charged with impaired driving after sitting in his vehicle in the middle of an intersection.
On Tuesday night, OPP responded to the incident in Tillsonburg at Simcoe Street and Vienna Road.
As a result, the London man was faced with five different charges which include operation while impaired, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, driving a vehicle with an open container of liquor, and driving a vehicle with cannabis readily available
The man has been released from custody and he has a court date in Woodstock next month.
