Police say a 34-year-old from London sped past a cruiser on Plank Line on Thursday night before he was pulled over and arrested.
SOUTH-WEST OXFORD - A 34-year-old from London is facing several charges after police pulled over a speeder in South-West Oxford on Thursday morning.
Police say the driver blew past a cruiser on Plank Line. A traffic stop was conducted and as a result, the driver was arrested and taken into custody.
34-year-old Landen Dagenais was charged with the following offences:
- Fail to Comply With Probation Order x 2
- Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2
- Careless Driving
- Driving While Under suspension
The accused was held in custody to appear in a front of a Woodstock courtroom for a bail hearing.
