A Quebec man convicted of criminal negligence causing the death of a woman from Woodstock, while on vacation in Cuba in 2017 is back home today.
WOODSTOCK - The CBC is reporting that a Quebec man convicted of criminal negligence causing the death of a woman from Woodstock is back home today.
Toufik Benhamiche was given a four year suspended sentence after the boat he was driving in Cuba, veered out of control and killed a mother of three from Woodstock. Jennifer Ann Marie died on that fateful day in July of 2017.
