Miss Vickie's Canada has recalled several flavours of their popular potato chips because of the possibility of the presence of glass.
ONTARIO - The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a recall warning for certain Miss Vickie's brand Kettle Cooked Potato Chips.
The recall was issued to the possibility of the presence of glass. The chips were sold in Ontario, Nova Scotia, PEI, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador.
The possible contaminated chip bags range from 24 g to 550 g and include several flavours. The best before dates on the chips are December 15 2020, to January 26, 2021. The majority of the recalled chips have a best before date of Jan. 12 2021.
They include the following flavours:
- Original Recipe Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
- Jalapeño Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
- Sweet Chili & Sour Cream Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
- Applewood Smoked BBQ Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
- Sea Salt & Malt Vinegar Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
- Spicy Dill Pickle Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
- Sweet Southern BBQ Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
